Book With Us TODAY

We do not ask that you pay a deposit at time of booking.  However, over our busy peak seasons which are QLD School Holidays and Public Holidays we require a 50% deposit to be taken 1 months prior to our guest check in date, this will then lock in your booking.  We will send out a booking reminder and deposit request 2 months before notifying you that your booking deposit is now required.  Once your deposit is paid your booking will then be secured and we will reconfirm the booking.  This deposit is non-refundable 24 hours after you have paid. 

Outside of our peak seasons if you need to cancel, we ask that you do this in writing.  If it is 30 plus days’ notice there will be no fees incurred.   

If you give notice between 30 and 15 day’s notice you will incur a $50 administration fee only.  If you have paid for your booking, we will refund less the $50.00 administration fee. 

If it is 14 days or less you will be charged 50% of the actual booking fee.  We all understand that things sometimes don’t go to plan, so we ask that you give us a much notice as possible.  

If reducing days, we are happy to reduce days out of peak season 30 plus days prior to check in with no fees incurred.  If it is within the 30 – 15-day period, there will be the $50.00 administrative fee.  14 days and under there will be no refund and full booking will still be charged. 

If you would like to collect your fur baby early there will be no refund or credit given for the unused days.

During our off peak seasons, we do not ask for a deposit to secure your booking, we just ask that you keep us informed and if there is a change you let us know as soon as possible.  (See our cancelation requirements and terms and conditions)

I hereby confirm that I am the authorised officer, I have read and agree to the Conditions of Boarding and all details supplied herein are true and correct.

I confirm that I/we will be responsible for all of the costs of accommodation, veterinary expenses, transport costs and associated fees for services provided by Yandina Hound Hotel.

I also accept and agree to pay any reasonable fees and charges which may be incurred by Yandina Hound Hotel to cover administration and legal fees for the collection of any outstanding debt under this agreement.

I accept that it is my responsibility to ensure that my Pet/Pets will be fully vaccinated (C5)
and will supply proof of vaccination on check in or email prior to arrival.
Any vaccinations due will be administered a minimum of 2 weeks prior to stay.
